Dr Ken Leembruggen - Chiropractor
Ken graduated with a B.App. Sc (Chiropractic) from RMIT University in Melbourne in 1987.
He worked as an associate chiropractor in Adelaide and Murray Bridge for 4 years, before purchasing the Glynde Chiropractic Clinic in 1991, which later became Chiropractic Solutions after a shift to our current location in Norwood in 2000.
Ken developed a keen interest in health and fitness in his teenage years whilst pursuing his passion for playing soccer, which served as a natural starting point for a career in chiropractic.
Over the years Ken has maintained his sporting interests in various forms – snow skiing, triathlons, running, jet-ski racing, tennis and now road-cycling. He insists that this range of involvement has been invaluable in staying empathetic to, and understanding of, his patient’s various injuries!
Ken remains passionate about maximising his health by natural means – in particular maintaining structural balance with regular chiropractic care, and following sound dietary principles, regular exercise, and a well balanced lifestyle.
He enjoys treating a wide range of patients and conditions, and particularly likes the challenge presented by chronic conditions and tricky sporting injuries.
Many of his patients will testify that his favourite quote is “you need to listen to your body”.
When not practising chiropractic, or tending to the management needs of Chiropractic Solutions, Ken enjoys spending family time with his wife Briony and their two daughters, road cycling, and involvement with Unley Park Baptist Church.
Dr Andrian Turczynowicz - Chiropractor

Andrian enjoys helping patients of all ages from babies to grandparents by using various adjusting techniques, exercise prescription and lifestyle advice.
Additionally, he devotes time to continually upgrading his skills and currently has an extended interest in caring for chronic cervical dysfunction and injury.

Dr Adrienne Wilson - Chiropractor
Adrienne graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002 and decided to spend her first year exploring Australia on a working holiday visa while doing locum work.
She has failed spectacularly at returning to her original homeland, joining the Chiropractic Solutions team as an associate that same year and she has remained here very happily since.
Many patients have suggested that Adrienne enjoys her profession a little too much, and they may be on to something. She enjoys adjusting everybody from infants to octogenarians, but particularly relishes a clinical challenge.
Adrienne’s passion for the wellness lifestyle developed over a number of years following a childhood spent in a household where “unless it’s spurting blood or falling off, it’s not a problem.” This paradigm shift has taken time and effort, but the benefits will last a lifetime. She now enjoys a very active and vibrant life made possible by proper nutrition (most days), regular exercise, regular spinal adjustments and good stress management through lots of perspective. Her life’s work is to encourage and inspire the same changes in as many people’s lives as possible.
In her leisure time, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her husband Brien and her sons Fletcher and Seth, and getting “oot and aboot” with friends. She also “enjoys” keeping fit through a combination of running, weights, walking and Mount Lofty scaling. Reading is also high on the list when the day’s dust clears.
To conclude, here are some of Adrienne’s favoured battle cries used at Chiropractic Solutions:
“Use it or lose it, baby!”
“Motion is lotion!”
“You only need to get adjusted if you have a spine.”
“Where’s my pen, Andrian?”

Dr Ryan Bonney - Chiropractor
Ryan completed a B.Sc. (Chiropractic) in 2008, followed by a Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2010.

In 2013, after returning to his hometown of Adelaide, Ryan managed a gym in Stepney; this allowed him to explore his passion for human movement, nutrition, and fitness. The past few years have seen Ryan pursue these areas further, working in several settings- across Fitness, Chiropractic, and Physiotherapy domains. He enjoys bringing these facets of health together; educating and empowering his patients to make beneficial (and sustainable) choices for their future well-being.
Ryan integrates a range of techniques including manual adjusting, mechanical blocking, drop piece, activator, and dry needling. With a heavy focus on sports rehabilitation, Ryan has also pursued a post-graduate qualification in functional neuro-rehabilitation, attaining a Doctorate of American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 2016.
When away from the clinic, Ryan enjoys running Adelaide’s beautiful trails with his dog Winston, swimming, rock climbing, and trying his hand at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu… with questionable success!
